Hartford, WI – Doner Kebab is open, 31 Loan Oak Lane, in Hartford, WI. The business is locally owned by Rahman Ramic and his wife Elma. The couple are serving “authentic German Doner Kebab made with fresh ingredients every day.”
Ramic explained the Donor Kabab is a German sandwich. “We serve it with certified angus beef,” he said. “Others serve lamb but we serve only beef.”

There are two items on the menu, a Donor Wrap and a Classic Doner which features Flatbread (made fresh in-house) filled with juicy steak strips, shredded lettuce, chopped red cabbage, sliced onion and tomatoes. Add any or all three of the Trio Signature Sauces: Sharf (spicy), Krauter (herbs) and Knoblauch (garlic).
Ramic grew up in Bosnia and spent most of his life in Germany before coming to the U.S. in August 2000.
He said the menu will remain simple and so far, “everybody is happy.”
