Richfield, WI – Since 2017, the Village of Richfield has been working diligently on the updating of its Zoning Code. The “finalized draft” has been placed on the front page of the Village’s website for public consumption.
The Village has conducted over 50 public meetings where this text has been discussed and for good reason. The last time the Zoning Code was updated in this fashion was in
the early 1980s. The hope with regard to this recodification is to make the Village’s Zoning
Code more “user friendly” and easy to navigate. It will also have a website component to it for increased citizen interaction.
