Village of Richfield, WI – As a part of the 2022 Highway Improvement Program, prior to Hubertus Road from STH 164 to Hillside Road in the Village of Richfield is being paved, the Village’s DPW will be replacing two culverts this week.

Each will require a full closure of Hubertus Road for a period of time in the area that is in direct vicinity of the construction work shown above.
The work is proposed to start on the “Tally Ho Trail” culvert (furthest right on image below) on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. It will be completed by 3:30 p.m. that same day. The cross culvert on Hubertus Road, between the circle drive for the Richfield Volunteer Fire Company is scheduled to take place on Wednesday also at approximately 8:30 a.m.. It will also be completed by 3:30 p.m. that same day.
Village Staff has communicated this construction to Crown of Life Lutheran Church & School, St. Gabriel Catholic Parish & School, Richfield Volunteer Fire Company, Sheriff’s Office, and local bus companies.
