The Oshkosh Police Department arrested a 48 year-old male from Green Bay, WI for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child after an incident that occurred at Pollock Pool in Oshkosh on Friday, June 24, 2016 at about 3:45 PM. The investigation showed the 48 year-old male inappropriately touched a female child that was not known to him while in the pool. The male was stopped by patrons of Pollock Pool after he attempted to leave. The male was taken to jail after the investigation.
