Snow showers possible in Washington Co. on Sunday afternoon

October 25, 2020 –  Washington Co., WI – Scattered light rain and snow showers will likely develop between 3 PM this afternoon and 9 AM Monday morning as a strong storm system passes by the region to the south.

Weaker dynamics will favor light rain showers and drizzle whereas stronger dynamics will favor light snow showers.

The best risk of higher snowfall amounts will remain well southwest of the immediate area into Iowa and Nebraska.

Temperatures around to just above freezing will only favor accumulations on non-paved/grassy surfaces.
