March 15, 2021 – West Bend, WI — Steve Salter has been an instrumental part of the American Companies team for the last six years. We appreciate all the blood, sweat, and tears he has poured not only into his work, but also into our company. Steve is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh majoring in Business Administration.
Salter used his knowledge to help American Companies gain traction and grow into the successful smooth-running business it is today. He attributes much of his success to Kraig and Jo Sadownikow of American Companies.
“The last six years at American Companies have been the best of my working career,” Salter said. “Kraig and Jo are amazing; they inspire everyone to be their very best. Even on days when you think you have hit the ceiling, they show you how much more you are capable of and just how valuable you are.”
With retirement Salter will enjoy more golfing, yardwork, reading, and hiking.
Salter promised to check up on everyone at the company too. The family at American Companies wish Salter the best of luck in retirement.
