October 12, 2022 – Washington Co., WI – Recess will be indoors today and rakes will come in handy later this week as a strong storm system pulls the leaves off the trees across Washington County, WI.
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the listening area with thunderstorms through this morning. A few storms could have strong, gusty winds and small hail.

On the heels of the storm local farmers may see some considerable rainfall followed by some overnight frost late this week into Saturday.
Friday night into Saturday the National Weather Service even mentions “a slight chance of rain and snow showers accompanied by widespread frost, mainly before 8am.”
