Unique cloud formations accompany brief storm

April 21, 2026 – Washington Co., Wi – The National Weather Service said there was a 1% chance of rain today… and sure enough it hit parts of Washington County, Wi.

While skies were sunny a sharp single lighting strike with a roll of thunder passed over the Town of West Bend, Wi, around 10:30 a.m.

The National Weather Service said temps today will be in the 70’s.

Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 73. West wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Mostly clear, with a low around 41. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming northeast in the evening.

Wednesday
Sunny, with a high near 67. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon.
