The UW-Washington County volleyball team joined Holy Angles Girl Scouts on a community service project.
The Girls Scouts were working on a sports patch and chose volleyball as its sport of interest.
The UW-WC volleyball team partnered with the Scouts and together the volleyball team taught the girls a physical warm up, passing, setting, driving and serving skills.
It was a tremendous day of leadership and learning and when the day was done the Girl Scouts received their patch and a certificate of participation.
