Saturday’s Rockin’ for Heroes concert was designed as a benefit to raise money for the Stars & Stripes Honor Flight. During the second half of the performance, The Nix played a series of hits by Matt Roberts and 3 Doors Down.
Roberts, 38, was found dead at a West Bend hotel on Saturday morning. An autopsy is scheduled for today. No foul play is expected.
Prior to the start of the second set, Roberts guitar was placed center stage under a spotlight next to a bouquet of memorial flowers.
