Hartford, WI – Participants in the 36th annual Hartford, Wi Christmas Parade really hit it outta the park with the theme this year, ‘Candy Land Christmas.’ Below are the winners in each category.

Temps were in the mid-30s and there was a smattering of flurries throughout the parade.
