Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County will host its annual fundraiser Oct. 9 from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. at West Bend Mutual Prairie Center. This year’s “Tea by the Sea” will include celebrity waiters, a huge auction, and seaside appetizers.
There will be recognition for two clients and both are WWII nurses. Margaret Behlen, 94, served in France in 1945. Here’s a video shot in 2015 when Behlen was preparing to go on the Stars & Stripes Honor Flight.
