September 3, 2021 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend West JV1 volleyball team opened the North Shore Conference season with a victory over Grafton.
The scores were 25-19, 25-6.
Setter Gianna Hemauer distributed the ball well and Monique Schnabel and Breleigh Ustruck were the top offensive players with 4 kills each.
Sophie Dahlberg controlled the game from the back row on the defensive side with 14 digs. Abby Stockhausen added 5 blocks to help secure the Spartans victory.
The West Spartans next match is at Slinger on Thursday, Sept. 9, at 5:30 p.m.
