March 16, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – The Washington County Youth Hockey Association (WCYHA) Ice Bantam B team captured the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) Bantam 2B 2018 State Championship on March 4 on their home ice.
The tournament was hosted by the WCYHA at the Kettle Moraine Ice Center.
The Ice opened the tournament with a win over the New Richmond Tigers 6-1 and followed that up with a hard fought 3-1 victory over Janesville later that evening to advance to the finals.
On Sunday afternoon they completed their mission in sudden death overtime with a 2-1 victory over the Elmbrook Eagles to be named 2018 14U 2B State Champions!
