Waukesha State Trooper arrests man for 7th OWI

October 2, 2021 – Waukesha, WI –
Richard A Wilkerson, 49, from Kenosha WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 7th offense.

Wisconsin State Troopers were called to a single vehicle rollover crash at the 12600blk of CTH K.

The driver of this vehicle, Richard A. Wilkerson, was the sole occupant.

Troopers observed signs of impairment and standard field sobriety test were conducted. Troopers determined Wilkerson was under the influence and subsequently arrested him for 7th offense OWI.

 

Wilkerson was also charged with felony possession of Heroin, drug paraphernalia, multiple counts of bail jumping and other municipal charges. Wilkerson will be transported to the Kenosha County jail.

“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
