OWI – 3rd OFFENSE 1800 Block of South 18th Avenue
On September 29, 2016, at 12:27 AM, an officer observed a vehicle swerving in and out of its traffic lane. The officer stopped the vehicle and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated.
The 30-year-old West Bend man failed standardized field sobriety tests, blew a .278% in a PBT, and was arrested for OWI – 3rd Offense.
