The 56-year-old West Bend man who allegedly ran a marijuana growing operation out of his Barton Avenue home was arraigned this week in Washington County Court. Gregg Mueller (photo) pled not guilty to the two felony and two misdemeanor charges he’s facing. Authorities found 220 marijuana plants and growing equipment during a search of his home. He will be back in court on July 20th. He’s being held in the County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
