West Bend Police Arrest Area Woman For 3rd OWI Offense | by West Bend Police Department

July 1, 2019 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend Police Department made the following four arrests for OWI between Saturday, June 29, 2019 and Monday, July 1, 2019.


OWI-Vehicle Collision
100 block South Main Street
On Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 1:59 a.m. a citizen reported a vehicle had struck a parked vehicle in the downtown area. A West Bend officer located the vehicle and identified the driver as 44-year-old female, resident of Sheboygan. The officer observed signs the driver was impaired. The driver failed standardized field sobriety tests, provided a PBT sample of .204, and was arrested for OWI. There was very minor damage to the vehicles and no injuries were reported.

OWI-Vehicle Collision
200 block North Main Street
On Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 3:09 a.m., a West Bend officer was on patrol in the downtown area when he heard the sound of a vehicle crash. The officer located a vehicle that had struck a light pole in the 200 block of North Main Street. The officer identified the driver as a 26-year-old male resident of West Bend. The driver was intoxicated and was arrested for OWI.

OWI-3rd OFFENSE
1000 block South Main Street
On Sunday, June 30, 2019 at 8:34 p.m., a West Bend officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was a 50-year-old female, resident of West Bend. The driver was impaired and failed standardized field sobriety tests, and was arrested for OWI-3rd Offense.

OWI
1700 block Schmidt Road
On Monday, July 1, 2019 at 1:20 a.m., a West Bend officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was a 37-year-old male, resident of West Bend. The driver was intoxicated. He failed standardized field sobriety tests, provided a PBT sample of .105, and was arrested for OWI.
