West Bend Police take 3 men into custody in connection with robbery at Main Street Mobil

 

 

June 9, 2017 – West Bend, WI – On Friday, June 9, 2017, at 5 p.m., the Main Street Mobil gas station called police about a subject forcefully removed money out of the register and fleeing the store.

Several citizens attempted to detain the subject, however he was able to ran south down the block and then ducked in behind some buildings.

Someone in the neighborhood saw the suspect get into a waiting vehicle, contacted 911, and followed the vehicle out of the city.

The vehicle was stopped by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department on Highway 60 near US Highway 45.  The three occupants were taken into custody.

The three subjects, a 53-year-old male  Allenton resident, a 22-year-old male Allenton resident, and a 28-year-old male West Bend resident were placed at the Washington County Jail on charges of Strong Armed Robbery.

 

All of the money taken during the robbery was recovered.
