West Bend, WI – Every year in May veterans distribute Poppies throughout the city. This year due to restrictions local veterans groups are planning to do “Drive Thru Poppies.”
On Saturday, May 23, please come to the VFW Post at 260 Sand Drive in West Bend.
Pick up your free Poppies from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Since 2015, the local VFW has paid out over $17,000 to support veteran programs.
Those programs help veterans and families in need. One hundred percent of all donations received from this Poppy distribution on Saturday will again be used for those programs.
