July 13, 2020 – A 38-year-old City of West Bend woman was northbound in right lane on Sunday, July 12 at 1:50 p.m. and failed to slow down when approaching another vehicle from the rear on Highway 45 northbound at Pleasant Valley Road.
The woman collided with a 36-year-old Town of Polk man. The woman’s vehicle went into the median and rolled landing on the southbound lanes of 45.
 Minor injuries to her and her passenger, a 29-year-old City of West Bend man.
The woman was arrested for OWI 3rd and he was arrested for bail jumping.
