November 18, 2021 – West Bend, WI – On November 17, 2021 the father of a 17-year-old girl notified the West Bend Police Department that he observed concerning text messages on his daughter’s cell phone.
Police investigators found several messages of a sexual nature, and a number of photos of the 17-year-old girl and a 50-year-old man together. Police identified the man in the photos as William J. Brusky d.o.b 02-14-71.
Brusky was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2013. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail and three years of supervision.
Brusky was no longer on Department of Correction’s supervision; however, he is a lifetime registered sex offender.
Investigators learned Brusky and the 17-year-old girl allegedly had a sexual relationship for the past two months. Police arrested Brusky for Child Enticement, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Registered Sex Offender Photographing Minors.
Brusky is presently in the Washington County Jail.
