December 24, 2020 – Washington Co., WI – It looks like every person across Washington County visited the grocery at least once today to pick up that one last thing on the list for Christmas Eve /Christmas Day dinner.
My ‘to do’ was dinner rolls and cranberries. First store was out by 8 a.m. and the second store I gathered what was there and checked out. No chance to be picky or even ponder a selection.
What item was out of stock when you were at the store? How many did you visit? Did you give up or just grab a can of Plan B?
My high school nieces basically run the bakery at Sendik’s in Franklin. They said dinner rolls were gone by 9 a.m. What say you?
