January 28, 2023 – Town of Polk, WI – A lot of sweaty kids showed off their muscles, their Candy Land skills and, lovely face paint during Winter Carnival at Washington County Fair Park.

Kids and families started piling into the Ziegler Building just after 9 a.m. for Power Hour; an exclusive part of the day set aside for kids with special needs.
At 10 a.m. the flood gates opened and kids, with parents in tow, raced to take part in balloon magic, interactive tic tack toe, strong man competition and four bounce houses.
There was plenty of seating for adults, who did their best to keep up.
Thank you to volunteers and Washington County Fair Park staff for “the best day ever.”
