Obit: Thomas “Tom” J. Kudek, 54, Kewaskum

Thomas “Tom” J. Kudek, age 54 years passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Kathy Hospice in West Bend.  He was born on April 1, 1962 in Tacoma, WA to Roger and Joyce (nee Kempf) Kudek.  He was raised in Kohlsville, WI and attended Kewaskum High School and graduated with the class of 1980.  He married his love, Denise (nee Wahl) Kudek on July 13, 1991 at Sacred Heart Church in Allenton, WI.

Tom owned and operated Auto Body Dynamics in Kewaskum for 20 plus years.  He was an avid snowmobiler, golfer, and sports enthusiast, loved coaching Kewaskum Little League and Kewaskum Youth Football.  Above all family meant the world to him, especially his grandchildren and spending time at his cabin up north.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Denise; beloved children Erica (Kevin) Monzingo, Anthony (Ruth) Kudek, Steven (fiancée Bryana Keller) Kudek, Morgan (fiancée Kory Ritger) Kudek; proud grandpa to Aubrey, Alaina, Cecelia and Emmett. Also survived by his parents; siblings Karen (Tim) Heberer, Dave Kudek, Cindy (Wayne) Koester, Laura (Todd) Steinman, Lynn (Tom) Gagliano; sister-in-law Darlene Dempsey.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  Tom is preceded in death by his in-laws James and Cecelia Wahl, paternal and maternal grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be at 8pm Wednesday June 29, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 3pm until the time of the service.  Interment will be at St. Bridget’s Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the family who will donate to charities of their choice and will include the Kewaskum Gridiron Football program in Tom’s name.
