July 31, 2018 – West Bend, WI – West Bend Police are attempting to locate juvenile runaway Julian Batten, 13, described as male/white 5’08” tall, 110lbs. with blue eyes and blonde hair similar to his photo.
Last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark colored shorts and Adidas shoes. He may be carrying a backpack.
He was reported as a runaway to the West Bend Police Dept. on July 30, 2018 at about 9:20 p.m.
