Slinger woman facing charges of 4th offense OWI | By Sgt. Zovar

March 31, 2022 – Slinger, WI – On March 30, 2022 at 10:07 p.m. Susan E. Krueger, 54, from Slinger has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
State patrol, trooper, 4th offense
A Wisconsin State Trooper stopped a vehicle for failure to operate in designated lane. The Trooper detected impairment due to alcohol. Field sobriety tests were conducted which led to the arrest of the driver who had 3 prior convictions for Operating While Under the Influence.
The driver was transported to St. Joes Hospital and agreed to provide a sample of her blood. The driver was transported to Washington County Jail and held on 4th offense OWI.
“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
