Kewaskum, WI – There were quite a few powerful moments during Sunday’s dedication of the Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial and Education Center in Kewaskum.

One of the segments that brought everyone to attention was the performance of the Star Spangle Banner by Windy Hope.
