May 21, 2019 – West Bend, WI – During Monday night’s West Bend common council meeting aldermen voted unanimously to approved an amendment to a new Master Plan for development on the northeast end of River Shores.
The River Shores area is located on the east side of the Milwaukee River. It includes the re-purposed West Bend Company Building which is currently home to Cast Iron Luxury Living, 611 Veterans Avenue.
Cast Iron is also home to several businesses include Cafe Floriana and Children’s Hospital clinic.
Rivershores Regency, 555 Veterans Avenue, is a four-story senior living apartment complex to the east of the river and overlooks the Eisenbahn State Trail.
