Oct. 5, 2017 – West Bend, WI – American Construction Services Inc. of West Bend is heading up development of the new Grafton Towne Place Suites hotel on Gateway Drive, just to the east of Highway 43 in neighboring Ozaukee County.
The 4-story hotel is located south of Highway 60. Â Construction got underway June 1, 2017; it is anticipated to be completed in April 2018.
According to project manager Todd Weyker, “Progress is moving forward.”
