Couple ladies duke it out at the tavern

Oct. 24, 2016 – West Bend, WI – BATTERY/DISORDERLY CONDUCT 1642 Barton Ave. Jokers 5 Tavern
On 10/22/16 at 10:43 PM, West Bend Police were called to Jokers 5 Tavern for a fight between two female patrons. The investigation determined that a 39-year-old female and a 38-year-old female, both from West Bend, began arguing over a long time feud. The 39 year old followed the 38 year old out of the tavern where they continued to yell and argue with each other until the 39 year old punched the 38 year old in the face and bruised her eye. Both women were arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The 39 year old was also charged with Battery.

RETAIL THEFT  1710 S. Main St. Shopko
On 10/20/16 at 6:23 p.m. Shopko Loss Prevention called police after they detained a 16-year-old West Bend male for stealing a pair of ear rings. The teen told the West Bend Officer that he took the jewelry to give to his girlfriend as a surprise gift. The 16 year old was arrested for Retail Theft and released to his mother.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/VIOLATION OF PROBATION 900 Block Rusco Dr.
On 10/22/16 at 4:50 AM, West Bend Police were called to a business in the 900 Block of Rusco Dr. for a fight between two co-workers. The investigation determined that a 29-year-old West Bend male had asked another worker to watch his machine while he went to the parking lot to drink alcohol. When the man returned to his work station several hours later, he began yelling at his co-worker for not watching his machine properly, and then pushed him and threatened to beat him up. The 29 year old  was on Huber privileges from the Washington County Jail where he was returned for charges of Disorderly Conduct and for Violation of his Probation with Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

 

OPERATING AUTO WHILE INTOXICATED/GOING ARMED WHILE INTOXICATED South 17th Ave at Columbia Place
On 10/22/16 at 6:35 PM, a citizen witness called the West Bend Police Department regarding a male who was involved in a vehicle crash and was attempting to leave the scene. The caller said another citizen was attempting to detain the driver. The driver stated “you don’t know who you are messing with” and stated he had a firearm. Officers arrived and took a 37 year old Kewaskum male in custody. Officers determined the 37 year old male was intoxicated and placed him into custody. Then man had a handgun in his possession. The male was arrested for Operating Auto while Intoxicated, Going Armed While Intoxicated and Disorderly Conduct. The male was also charged for several traffic offenses.
