May 13, 2026 – Sheboygan Co., WI – The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office Communication Center received multiple calls for a single vehicle rollover accident on State Highway 57 Southbound north of County Highway N, in the Town of Lyndon, at 5:08 p.m.
The Cascade Police Department, Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, Waldo Fire Department, Cascade Fire Department Jaws, Cascade First Responders and Orange Cross Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed a southbound pickup truck attempted to switch from the right lane to the left lane and lost control. The operator over corrected, which caused the vehicle to enter the median and begin to rollover. While the vehicle was rolling over the operator and lone occupant of the truck was ejected from the vehicle.
Cascade First Responders and Orange Cross provided initial care for the operator. Theda Star/Flight for Life Helicopter responded to scene and would ultimately transport the operator to Theda Clark Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, and names will be released at this time pending notification of family members.
