September 27, 2021 – Town of Farmington, WI – On Sunday, September 26, 2021, at 2:39 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a single-vehicle crash at County Highway A and Indian Lore Rd in the Town of Farmington.
Deputies responded along with personnel from Kewaskum and Boltonville Fire Departments, and West Bend Intercept.
Upon arrival, life-saving efforts were performed on the driver, a 71-year-old man, but were unsuccessful. A 64-year-old woman passenger was transported to Froedtert West Bend with non-life-threatening injuries. Both occupants are from the Town of Farmington.
The crash remains under investigation, although a preliminary investigation revealed the driver had lost consciousness just prior to the crash, went off road, and struck a tree.
