February 23, 2033 – Hartford, WI – The Hartford Fire and Rescue Department was dispatched to the 1000 Block of West Sumner Street in the City of Hartford late Wednesday night for a fire at Helgeson Manufacturing.
The call came in just before midnight and upon their arrival, the fire department found fire around a large cure oven used in the facility’s paint process.
The fire was quickly brought under control by fire department personnel, but the oven involved in the fire was damaged resulting in lost production time.
The building is protected by fire sprinklers, but most of the fire was located inside a paint oven that did not have fire sprinklers.
There were no injuries reported.
At the time of this report there is no damage estimate, and the exact cause of the fire is being investigated.
