July 26, 2018 – WI – Governor Scott Walker has issued an executive order that all U.S. flags and flags of the state of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for Milwaukee Police Officer Michael Michalski who was killed in the line of duty on July 25, 2018.
