Hartford man, 51, injured in 2 vehicle crash in Dodge Co., WI | By Dodge County Sheriff

Dodge Co., WI – On May 26, 2023, at 7 a.m., Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash involving a Hartford man, 51, on Center Drive at County Highway HH, in the Town of Lomira, Dodge County, WI.

The initial investigation showed a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, operated by a 22-year-old Whitewater man identified as Adam Reible, was traveling north on Center Drive and failed to yield right of way from a stop sign to a 2020 Ford Explorer, operated by a 51-year-old Hartford man, identified as James O’Brien, as he was traveling west on County Highway HH.

O’Brien was flown from the scene by Flight for Life and released from the hospital later. Adam Reible was transported to St. Agnes Hospital for minor injuries and released.

Assisting at the crash was Brownsville Police Department, Brownsville Fire Department, Brownsville First Responders, Mayville EMS, Flight for Life, Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.

The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
