May 8, 2026 – Horicon, WI – Horicon Bank is pleased to welcome Eric Waite to its growing Business Banking team as Vice President, serving the bank’s southern footprint. Waite brings more than 14 years of progressive banking experience, with a strong background in business banking, credit analysis, and relationship management.
In his role, Waite will work with local business owners and organizations to provide sound financial solutions that support growth, operational efficiency, and long‐term success. He will focus on building strong relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and delivering personalized service backed by Horicon Bank’s community banking expertise.
Waite has built a solid foundation in banking and finance, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Most recently, he completed the Graduate School of Banking and earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business.
