December 9, 2021 – Hartford, WI – With the recent retirement of Sergeant Tim Hayes after nearly 30 years of service in the Hartford Police Department, Officer Nicholas Hubbard was promoted Wednesday night by the Hartford Police and Fire Commission to the rank of Sergeant.
Hubbard is a 5 ½-year veteran of the Hartford Police Department. He is currently a Field Training Officer, and a Defense and Arrest Tactics (DAAT) training officer.
Officer Hubbard has already received training in the area of front-line supervision. We wish him well on his career as a new supervisor with the Hartford Police Department.
