July 7, 2020 – Washington Co., WI – The night sky over Washington County has been crystal clear which makes for a great opportunity to view several passings of the International Space Station.
As a full moon shone brightly well past sunrise the ISS was clearly visible as a brilliant light in the northeast sky.
The ISS was clearly visible and lasted well past its viewing time of almost an hour before sunrise.

 According to Tom Sarko, who hails from West Bend and worked as a specialist at NASA, the four planets including the Moon, Jupiter, Saturn and Mars will all be visible as well as the Moon wanes from full and moves further east each morning.
