LEWD & LASCIVIOUS / OWI – 3RD 800 Block of South Main Street
On 08/14/16, at 2:08 AM, a 34-year-old West Bend woman reported observing a male customer at George Webb Restaurant exposing his genitalia and masturbating while sitting at a table. The man left the restaurant and drove away in a vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle and the male operator a short time later. The vehicle was stopped and the 47-year-old West Bend man was found to be intoxicated.
The man failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for OWI -3rd Offense and Lewd and Lascivious Behavior.
PROWLING – 900 Block of North Silverbrook Drive
On 08/13/16, at 8:31 PM, Officers responded to investigate a report of two juveniles on the roof of the Boys & Girls Club throwing rocks off the roof. Officers located a 15-year-old West Bend male and a 14-year-old Germantown male climbing down from the roof of the building. Both juveniles were cited for Prowling and released to their parents.
RESISTING/OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER – 1300 Block of Wayne Road
08/12/16, at 2:42 PM, officers attempted to locate a 29 year old West Bend man wanted on a Felony warrant from Wisconsin Department of Corrections for violating his Parole. As the officers neared the residence they observed the man drive past in a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the man fled on foot. The man was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and arrested for the Felony Warrant, Resisting/Obstructing an Officer, Operating after Suspension, Operating without Insurance, and Non-Registered Vehicle
