Man arrested outside establishment in Town of Germantown

Jan. 24, 2018 – Germantown, WI – On Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 11:50 p.m. the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was called to a tavern in the Town of Germantown to investigate a disorderly conduct complaint.

The investigating deputy met with the suspect, a 37-year-old Village of Germantown man, in the parking lot and determined he was in the establishment an hour earlier and was asked to leave by the bartender as he was highly intoxicated.

The investigation further revealed the subject began sending text messages to the bartender stating he was “coming back to shed blood.”

Shortly thereafter he returned to the tavern but was unable to gain entry because the owner had locked the door.

The subject was arrested by deputies and brought to jail on charges of disorderly conduct.
