Milwaukee man arrested for 4th OWI after putting vehicle in ditch on I-41 and CTH D early Sunday morning

 

Feb. 4, 2018 – Washington Co., WI –  On Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 at 7:08  a.m. Jerrod R Baker, 33, from Milwaukee, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.

A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on I-41 Southbound near CTH D. After arriving on scene and speaking with the male driver, the trooper transported him to a nearby indoor facility where standardized field sobriety tests were conducted.

 

As a result of those tests the driver was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense and was then booked into the Washington County Jail.

 

“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
