West Bend police took one man into custody Sunday morning following an incident on Indiana Avenue and Edgewood Lane. Neighbors in the area just south of Highway 33 heard authorities yell for the person to come out with their hands up. The Washington County Sheriff was also on scene. Roads on the east side of town from Highway 33 south at Indiana Avenue had been cordoned off since around 3:30 a.m.
