Name released of Hartford man, 28, that drowned in Hartford Millpond Saturday

August 17, 2020 – Hartford, WI – The name of the Hartford man who drowned in the Hartford Millpond on Saturday, August 15, has been released. The victim, 28-year-old Scott Willms, apparently went into the water after his remote-controlled boat. The Washington County Dive Team later recovered his body from the pond.

An autopsy was conducted this afternoon; results are pending.
