He was born on September 28, 1948 in Herrin, IL to Wayne and Katheren (nee Baggett) Verble. Dennis started working in the roofing industry when he was 15 and retired at 66 as a superintendent. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, his Harley and spending time with his family and friends.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara; aunt, Norma Jarred of Valparasio, IN; mother-in-law, Margaret Bartz; brothers-in-law, Jim (Jenny) Bartz of Nashotah and Greg (Kathy) Bartz of LaCrosse. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, uncle Lloyd Jarred, cousin Terry Jarred and his father-in-law Robert Bartz.
A Funeral Service will be at 7:00PM on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 4:00PM until the time of the service (7:00PM). Private interment will be at the Washington County Memorial Park.
