Jeremy R. Johnston “Jay” age 25 of Hartford, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January, 23 2016.
He was born on June 30, 1990 in Menomonee Falls, WI to Alanna (nee Meier) Schramm and Jeffrey Johnston. Jeremy attended Hartford Union and Sussex Hamilton High School and graduated in 2008. Jeremy previously worked for Kettle Moraine Fence LLC in Hartford. He enjoyed mechanics and working in the garage in which he was very skilled. He also enjoyed gaming-(especially Dark Age of Camelot), fishing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling. He will be remembered dearly for his big heart and will be greatly missed.
Jeremy is survived by his loving mother and his rock, Alanna (David) Schramm of Hartford; his father, Jeffrey (friend, Tracy Wolfgram) Johnston of Lannon; cherished sister, Megan Johnston, cherished step-brothers, Colt and Tyler Schramm; cherished half-sister, Nicole Schramm; and loving grandparents and step-grandparents, Clarence (Alice) Meier, Audrey (Gary) Svendsen, Patty Johnston, and Lucy (Gib) Krapfl. He is further survived by many loved aunts, uncles, cousins, other dear relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Elwood Johnston.
Family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 1:00-3:00p.m. at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union Street Hartford, WI 53027.) Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Moore officiating.
