Norman G. Ebertz, 82, of Malone died peacefully on Monday January 18, 2016 at Villa Loretto Nursing Home in Mt. Calvary. He was born in the Town of Marshfield on December 4, 1933, the son of William and Martina Freund Ebertz. On October 23, 1954, he married Virginia Behnke. Norman served in the National Guard for seven years and worked at Rueping Leather, Hartford Tannery and Silica Hardware until retiring. He was a member of Holy Family Parish St. Peter Church and the Fond du Lac Eagles Club.
Survivors include his sons David Ebertz, Michael Ebertz, Gary (Sue) Ebertz and Randy Ebertz, his daughters Sharon (Dale) Gudex, Diane (Lee) Donahue and Debra (William) Winkler, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, his brothers Ivo Ebertz, Alex (Lorraine) Ebertz, Vincent (Rosie) Ebertz and Leander (Elizabeth) Ebertz, his sister Verena (Charles) Groeschel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Virginia, his sons John and Daniel and his brother Zeno.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday January 22nd at 12:00 Noon at St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter (N8079 Church Rd. Malone 53049)Â Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday January 22nd from 10:00 AM until time of Mass at the CHURCH. Memorials are appreciated to Villa Loretto Nursing Home.
