July 20, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Joseph Allen Bohman, 42, of Palmyra, formerly of West Bend, was taken into the Hands of Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
Joe was born in Menomonee Falls on April 7, 1978 to Susan Buckman Fischer and Charles Bohman Sr. Joe loved to make a difference in his community and loved to be around his family and friends. Joe always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s face. He enjoyed being outdoors riding his bike and going for walks. He Loved to make people laugh with his silly sense of humor. Joe was a “one of a kind soul” and will be dearly missed by many.
Joe is survived by his Mother, Susan Buckman Fischer (stepfather Michael Fischer); Father, Charles Bohman Sr. (stepmother Nancy Flanders); siblings, Krissy (Dave) Frey, Christopher (Jennie) , Pat, Charles Jr. (Jen), Timothy (Sara), Thomas, Johnathan (Shelley), Katherine (Kevin) Mahnke, Amy; daughter, Eryka Churman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Steven; and his nephew, CJ Bohman.
A Memorial Mass in remembrance of Joe will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (521 Congress Dr. Newburg, WI). The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Friday from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Joe’s arrangements.
