Feb. 16, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Rita Mary Friess, 80, found peace on Sunday, February 10, 2019.
She was born in Hartford on June 1, 1938 to parents Sebastian and Genevieve (Langenecker) Dietenberger. Rita was a 1956 graduate of Hartford High School. Rita was united in marriage to Alphonse “Sam” Friess.
Rita is survived by her sister Dottie Klemp, brother, Harold Dietenberger; two granddaughters, Julie Friess and Ashley Haferman; three great-grandsons, Brayden, Sam and Ryan; also survived by other relatives and friends. Rita is preceded in death by her husband, Sam; one daughter, Barbara Friess, three sons, Michael, Thomas and Keith White.
Private committal at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
