REAL ESTATE | New restaurant development on Parkway Drive and Paradise Drive in West Bend, WI

March 31, 2022 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend Plan Commission will be reviewing multiple proposals at its April 6, 2022, meeting including a plan to create two lots at the southeast corner of Parkway Drive and W. Paradise Drive. It was March 18, 2022 when WashingtonCountyInsider.com brought you the news about the possible development.

That’s the location of the old Shell gas station. PPM Development, LLC out of Brookfield is the corporate name for gas station property.

Panera Parkway

The new development will include plans for a Panera Bread and Chipotle, a popular Mexican Grill style restaurant. The closest Chipotle location is off Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls.

Chipolte

Panera Bread currently has a location at 1608 S. Main Street, West Bend, WI. Customers will concur the area is a bit tight on parking. The trendy franchise cafe also has no drive thru. That Panera on S. Main Street also shares a small strip mall location with another outlet, AT&T Store, just east of the Paradise Pavilion.
